All payments made for entry fees, tickets, and merchandise are generally final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below.
2. Refund Policy
Award Entry Fees
- Non-refundable.
- No refunds for disqualified entries.
Event Tickets
- Non-refundable once confirmed.
- Final sale.
Merchandise
- Custom items non-refundable unless defective.
- Returns within 15 days for defects.
3. Chargebacks & Fraud
We take fraud seriously.
- Penalty: $75 minimum fee per chargeback incident.
- Consequence: Account suspension or permanent ban.
Contact us before initiating any chargeback to resolve issues amicably.
4. Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Delivery Policy
- Event Tickets: Digital delivery via email upon confirmation.
- Merchandise: Custom trophies take approx. 8-9 weeks.
We are not liable for packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
6. Return & Replacement
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
Process:
- Email us within 15 days of delivery.
- Include order number and photos of the defect.
- Approved returns processed within 4-5 business days.
